    Chaim Katzman is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and controlling shareholder of Gazit Globe Ltd. As CEO of Gazit Globe, Mr. Katzman leads the global operations and manages subsidiary activities totaling $11billion of real estate assets (excluding Gazit’s non-consolidated investments in First Capital Realty Inc) in the Unites States, Canada, Europe, Israel and Brazil. Mr. Katzman is also the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and controlling shareholder of Norstar Holdings Inc. (TASE: NSTR), the parent company of Gazit Globe, was the Founder, CEO and Executive Chairman of Equity One, Inc. (NYSE: EQY), a leading urban focused shopping center REIT he founded in 1992 that merged with Regency Centers in 2017, forming a leading US shopping center REIT. Mr. Katzman served in roles as EQY’s CEO and Chairman from 1992 to 2006 and as its chairman till 2017. Mr. Katzman also served as Chairman of the Board of First Capital Realty Inc. (TSX: FCR), Canada’s leading owner, developer and operator of supermarket- and pharmacy-anchored shopping centers from 2000 to 2015.. In 2008, following an investment by Gazit Globe, Mr. Katzman was appointed as Chairman of Atrium European Real Estate (VSX/Euronext Amsterdam: ATR), a leading real estate company that owns, operates and develops shopping centers in Central and Eastern Europe. In 2010, Mr. Katzman was appointed Chairman of Citycon Oyj (OMX: CTY), an owner, developer and operator of shopping centers in the Nordic and Baltic and the market leader in the Nordic shopping center sector. A pioneer of the retail investment and development industry, Mr. Katzman is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), the Real Estate Roundtable and the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE), and a former trustee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Mr. Katzman was the recipient and winner of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2010 Award in the Real Estate and Construction Services Category in Florida. Mr. Katzman received an L.L.B. from Tel Aviv University Law School and serves as a Trustee on the Board of Governors at Tel-Aviv University. Mr. Katzman is a well-known civic leader, philanthropist and supporter of numerous civic organizations. In 2011, he founded the Gazit Globe Real Estate Institute at Israel’s Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya, an academic and research program focused on innovation and entrepreneurship in the real estate sector that offers a Master’s degree in real estate with concentrations in housing, land use and real estate finance.

    Adi Jemini has been the Chief Financial Officer of Gazit Globe since 2015. Jemini joined Gazit Globe in 2013 after previously serving as Chief of Staff to the Company's Chairman, Chaim Katzman. Jemini has worked closely with senior management teams of all the company's subsidiaries. He has also been involved in the M&A activities of the Group. Before joining Gazit, Jemini served as Regional Controller of Equity One Inc., the Company's former U.S. subsidiary. Jemini was responsible for the entire West Coast and South Florida regions with direct authority over the finance accounting of over 60 of Equity One's shopping centers with an aggregated value of approximately $1.7 billion and generating and annual net operating income of (NOI) in excess of $100 million. Jemini holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Information System from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech), graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2003. He has been a Certified Public Accountant in the U.S. since 2005.

    Oren Hod was appointed COO and Excutive Vice President in June 2020. In his position Hod brings together the Group’s operational activities with the focus on Europe and Israel, and contributes with his extensive experience in development and value creation of income producing real estate, including residential for rent, offices and commercial in all the Group’s areas of operations. In the last decade Hod served as CEO of Africa Israel Residential Ltd, and before that was five years VP Engineering at Naveh, part of the PBC Group of IDB. Hod holds a B.Sc. in civil engineering from the Technion.

    Rami Vaisenberger serves as the Company's VP and Controller as of March 2011. Mr. Vaisenberger joined Gazit Globe in 2004 as the Company's Controller. Mr. Vaisenberger has since led the controlling and reporting department, dealing with various challenging professional projects and processes. From 2000-2004, Mr. Vaisenberger served as an auditor at Ernst & Young. Mr. Vaisenberger holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the College of Management in Tel Aviv and is a certified public accountant.

    Zvi Gordon is Vice President, Head of Investments at Gazit Globe (TASE: GZT). Mr. Gordon has also been Chief Investment Officer of Norstar Holdings Inc. (TASE: NSTR) since 2016. Prior to joining Gazit, Mr. Gordon was an investment professional at a U.S. focused real estate private equity fund, and has former military experience serving in the ground forces of the Israel Defense Forces. Mr. Gordon brings in excess of $10 billion of real estate and corporate transaction experience and over a decade of management, investment, and real estate experiences to his roles. Mr. Gordon holds a Bachelors Degree, graduating Summa Cum Laude, from Binghamton University and a MBA, from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School.

    Jeff Mooallem joined Gazit Horizons in 2017 becoming the President and CEO. Before joining Gazit, Mooallem held the position of Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Federal Realty Investment Trust and former President of the West Coast Division of Equity One. Mooallem holds a B.A. from Boston University and a Law Degree from Fordham Law School.

    Ehud Arnon, Chairman of the Board of Directors, was until recently the President and CEO of Israel Discount Bank of New York, where he led the bank to enhanced profitability and many new business ventures which included finance of the the not for profit sector and expanding the banks real estate portfolio. In the past, Arnon had also served as Head of Corporate Division at Israel Discount Bank in Tel Aviv, where he led several transformative projects. Arnon holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Relations, and a Master of Business Administration, both from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He has filled a variety of senior positions in the banking sector, including Head of the Corporate Division of HSBC Israel; as well as several key positions at Bank Hapoalim amongst which were, Sector Manager Corporate Division, Head of Trade Services, Bank Spokesman and Manager of the San Francisco Branch.

    Professor Shmuel Hauser is a Senior Vice President at ONO Academic College, a former Dean at ONO Academic faculty of Business and a Professor of Finance at Ben-Gurion University. Between 2011 and 2018, Hauser was the Chairman of the Israel Securities Authority - ISA (Israeli SEC). During this time, Hauser also served as co-chairman of Israel Accounting Standards Board (IASB), as a member of an advisory committee to the Banks' Supervisor at the Bank of Israel, and a member of the advisory committee to the Israel Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority. Hauser initiated over 100 law amendments to the Securities laws and major reforms. Prior to being chairman of the ISA, Hauser served as the chairman of a market-making company, as a director in two major financial investment houses, and director in the Israeli S&P ranking company (Maalot). Concurrent with his work, Hauser pursued an academic career in the fields of: Corporate Finance, Capital Market Regulation, Corporate Governance and Microstructure. He published numerous articles in leading academic journals in these fields.
